Once we begin, the work is simple in shape even when the thinking is complex. Each session gives you a focused space to work through what's actually in front of you: a decision you're circling, a conversation you're avoiding, a shift you know is coming but haven't planned for.
I'm not there to hand you answers. I'm there to ask the questions that help you find your own, and to hold you to what you decide, so the things you say matter to you don't quietly slip to next week again.
Over time, this isn't just about solving what's in front of you today. It's about building a way of thinking and deciding that holds up under pressure, so you need me less, not more.
I work with clients in the UK and internationally.
Not everyone needs the same kind of support. Here’s how we can work together.
The Quiet Accountability Experience.
Ongoing 1:1 coaching for the person who wants a consistent thinking partner close by. Fortnightly sessions, with optional light touch check ins available, if and when you want the. Some months that might mean a quick message about what's shifting, other months, nothing at all. This is for you if you’ve stepped into something bigger and want someone in your corner while you navigate it.
Quiet Momentum.
A steadier, more spaced out way of working, for when you know your direction and want space to keep moving without needing frequent contact. Monthly sessions with the same light touch check ins available, if and when you want them.
Single sessions.
A one off, focused conversation for a specific issue or decision. You come with something on your mind, and leave with clarity. No ongoing commitment required.
Over time people I work with start to take more consistent action. Start to feel clearer and more in control. Start to trust their own judgment again.
Not because they changed who they are. Because they stopped doing it alone.
Having Carol as my coach as a new business owner has been invaluable. She holds space with warmth, curiosity and compassion. What has been most valuable is how she offers gentle challenges to help me actually bring my intentions and goals to fruition amidst all the challenges of everyday life. Thank you Carol for helping me own my value and bring my potential forward.
Nicole De La Loza Rivera.
Chief Coach and Facilitator.
Every conversation begins with a complimentary discovery call.
A calm, focused space for us to connect.
No pressure. No expectation.
We’ll spend around 60 minutes talking through where you are, what you’re finding challenging, and what you’d like to move towards.
By the end of the conversation you’ll have a clearer sense of where you are and whether coaching feels like the right next step.
If it does, we can talk about what working together might look like. If not, you’ll still leave with greater clarity on what matters most.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. Just a willingness to begin.
If your question isn't answered here, you're very welcome to get in touch. We can simply begin with a conversation. Contact carol@carolbroomecoaching.com
My coaching is calm, reflective and non-judgemental. I don't give advice or tell you what to do.
I support you to explore what matters and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
There's space to think, moments of clarity, and gentle challenge. Lightness and laughter are always welcome too.
We use the space to slow things down, make sense of what's on your mind, and find a starting point that feels right for you.
You're welcome to start with a conversation and see how it feels.
No. My role is not to give advice, but to help you think clearly, explore what matters, and find your own way forward.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, giving you dedicated time to think, reflect, and move things forward.
It depends on what you need.
Some clients choose weekly sessions for focus and momentum. Others prefer fortnightly or monthly sessions with more space between.
We'll find a rhythm that works for you.
If coaching feels like a good fit, we can talk about what working together might look like and agree next steps.
If not, you'll still leave with something useful. There is no pressure to continue.
Yes. Everything we discuss is treated with care and confidentiality, in line with professional coaching standards.
Yes. I work with organisations building or strengthening their leadership development offer, supporting leaders to think clearly, decide with confidence, and perform under real pressure.
I also mentor and coach on Universal Music UK's Associate Internship Programme, supporting merging Black talent to build confidence, clarity and professional identity.
My practice is currently focused on paid coaching. I occasionally offer a small number of pro bono spaces, for individuals and organisations, depending on availability.
