The Quiet Accountability Experience
You don't need someone to climb for you You need someone to hold the rope
A calm, focused space to think clearly, make decisions, and move forward in your own way.

A calm, focused space to think clearly, make decisions, and move forward in your own way.
I coach leaders who are doing well on paper yet still feel stretched thin. Especially those in the music and creative industries, where the pace rarely slows down.
You've stepped into something bigger. A new role. A business you're building. A responsibility that matters to you. And you're more than capable of handling it.
But a lot of it lives in your head. The ideas, the decisions, the things you know you need to do but somehow keep getting pushed to tomorrow. When you're in go-go-go, there isn't time to actually think.
That's what's missing. Not more information. Not more motivation. Just space. Quiet, focused space to hear your own thinking, make sense of what's in front of you, and move forward in a way that actually fits you.
That's where we begin.
You don't need someone to push you. You need someone alongside you.
You look capable on the outside, but you’re not acting on what matters most.
You Know what needs to change but the step you need to take keeps getting pushed back.
You think things through but still can't quite move on them.
You’re busy but not moving forward in the way you want.
My approach is built around a simple idea borrowed from climbing. A belayer doesn't climb the route for you or choose your next move, they hold the rope, creating enough safety for you to find your own way up.
I won't tell you what to do. I'll help you think clearly enough to decide your own way forward. I’ll challenge your thinking where needed and support you to follow through on what matters.
Calm, focused coaching with honest reflection at its core.
I've been working with Carol for nearly a year now and it's been invaluable. As a self-employed art therapist and educator, I have lots of ideas, lots of projects on the go, and no team meetings or manager to help me make sense of it all. Carol gives me a fortnightly space to get everything out of my head, reflect on what's actually important, and figure out the steps I need to take. She doesn't tell you what to do — she's curious, she asks the right questions, and she helps you see for yourself what's creating a block and how to move through it. She clears the fog. I'd recommend her to anyone who works for themselves and needs that structure and reflective space to keep moving forward.."
